    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Automation Sr. Service Engineer.

    Le responsabilità / The Responsibilities

    The Automation Sr. Service Engineer (Ortho Care) will drive Field and Technical Solution Center efficiency by:


    -Monitoring automation performance in the field and identifying and implementing serviceability improvements

    -Assuring proper development for all service documentation, tools, parts, and repair processes and that they are kept current and relevant

    -Leading successful serviceability input for new product development and lead product launches for all service aspects

    -Driving the analysis, prioritization, escalation, and proper solution of service issues

    -Supervise the entire service product life cycle including quality improvements, cost reductions, obsolescence, and successful definition, deployment, and fulfillment of modifications

    -Work closely with OEM supplier, ensuring Ortho’s customers needs are escalated and prioritized properly

    L'individuo / The Individual


    • A BS degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or scientific field


    • Experience with Thermo Fisher TC Automation is necessary
    • Experience in serviceability engineering is highly valued
    • High level of communication and teamwork skills is required
    • Ability to Travel up to 25-30%, internationally
