    L'opportunità / The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Marketing Intern professional is responsible for ensuring the Customer Excellence of Ortho Clinical Diagnostics through brand and product strategies for clients and employees. To build a successful company, there must be a good and trustful relationship with each stakeholder, and offer products that are effective and unique. The Marketing professional must achieve that with the following activities: produce materials that are consistent with the Brand of Ortho and drive messages of Ortho’s solutions; communicate to employees, clients, distributors and stakeholders about Ortho’s mission and vision; create product strategies based on the Portfolio Competitiveness to improve healthcare market and deliver Ortho product all around the country; establish and manage strong and reliable relationship with clients to increase Customer Excellence and still trust within the company; monitor the market of Diagnostics In Vitro and create strategies based on the market analyses; promote educational experience to clients and distributors.

    Le responsabilità / The Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute external and internal events to drive message and brand consistency, submit clients’ events to HIP. Support internal event of other departments
    • Plan and execute Internal Communication with HR and drive Brand messages. Plan and execute External Communication (clients and distributors)
    • Manage the local Social Media. Make sure that the content is consistent with Brand and that the right public is engaging with the posts
    • Produce, select and translate videos, media and sales collaterals materials. Submit to Copy Review approval
    • Drive NPS adoption and quarterly update, monitor customer’s satisfaction for Customer Excellence. Make sure that all the clients’ e-mails are updated in Sales Force for NPS upload
    • Execute and analyze local Market Research (CBDL). Create strategies based on the analyses
    • Plan and monitor Marketing Budget. Make payments for the suppliers
    • Create of local articles for Conectados and Inside Ortho (Intranet)
    • Perform other work related duties as assigned

    L'individuo / The Individual

    • The professional must be in the 1st or 2nd year of college and must be studying Marketing, Advertising/Communication, Business/Administration or Biomedicine/Pharmacy
    • The professional must be customer oriented and must have teamwork, multi-tasking, organizational, communication, analytical skills. Others skills required are basic Microsoft Office Package, basic Adobe Package (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere)
